Shipping

Items are normally shipped FOB Miami Lakes and customer pays shipping costs as part of the order. Firearms will ship via air-freight services (i.e. Fedex overnight, 2-day or 3-day, or USPS Express). Ammunition and other "hazardous materials" must be shipped via ground shipping.

305 GUNS adheres to all State and Federal laws regarding the sale of products to people in states that have restrictions. We will not ship to CA, NY, NJ, MA, MD, CT, or IL, but we will continue to pray for the patriots who still live in these overly restrictive states.

Returns

In general, most sales are custom orders and thus sales are final and cannot be returned. Exceptions will be handled on a one-by-one basis and will require an RMA number before sending to us. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after issuance. Returns without a valid RMA number will be returned.

Defective merchandise canbe returned for a replacement item or store credit as appropriate to the situation. Defective merchandise returns also require an RMA number before shipping.
